i. Joined as Management Trainee in April 1992 and was elevated as wholetime director in March 2007.
ii. Acted as whole-time Director during March 2007 to March 2009
iii. Acted as non-working Director during the period April 2009 to July 2014

The company is in the business of energy conservation and management and is known to be the technology leader in the field Cogeneration Systems, Waste Heat Recovery Systems, Ammonia Absorption Refrigeration Plants, Super-efficient Steam Boilers, Waste Water Recycling Plants and similar products. a. Associate Member of American Society for Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers, USA (ASHRAE) from 2000 to 2009.

a. Worked as Consultant in personal capacity to Shri Saibaba Sansthan, Shiridi in 2003 for installation of then India’s largest Solar Water Heating System.
b. Worked as Honorary Consultant in personal capacity to the Inner Wheel Rotary Club of Pune for installation of a Solar Water Heating System at a School for Physically Handicapped Children.
